At Sarreya, our values guide everything we do. They shape how we work with our community, partners, and each other.

Inclusion

Everybody is welcome to join the movement. We believe sport should be accessible to all women and girls, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance.

Fairness and Patience

We give everyone a chance (or two!) and aim to remain fair and balanced at all times. Progress takes time, and we celebrate every step forward.

Integrity and Respect

We operate with integrity and look for the same from our teams, partners and associates. Trust and honesty are the foundations of our community.

Sustainability and Independence

Sustainability is one of our guiding principles. We aim to be as sustainable as possible in everything that we do to ensure continuity and independence.

Ambition

We strive for continuous ambition to grow and affect change. We dream big and work hard to make those dreams a reality for women and girls in Somaliland.

Empathy

We care about what we do, who we do it with, how we do it and why we do it. We are purposeful about being understanding of people and contexts whilst having awareness of personal and societal issues.
